The location, right on the banks of Loch Lomond, provided stunning views from our spacious room's balcony. The service from reception to maids was excellent, with staff giving the very best service at any time of the day. The room amenities, from the ironing facilities to the mini-bar, added to our comfort and convenience. We also enjoyed the dining experience, with delicious breakfast options and a bar/lounge area to relax in the evening. The leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness centre, were a great addition to our stay. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was of a high standard, as our (upgraded) room, and the outlook friom our balcony over the Loch made it a tranquil and thoroughly restful one night stay, en route from Lancashire to the Scottish Highlands. The nearby Village of Luss was well worth a visit too.
There was only one minor point, in that we were disappointed not to be ably to walk from the Lodge directly onto the shores of the Loch.

The location is fantastic! We went to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. The view from our room was amazing and it was very romantic. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very polite and friendly.
